Motivating, creative, passionate, energetic, inspiring, talented… these are just a few thoughts that come to mind at the mention of Sal Santiago name. Known as the Hairdressers, hairdresser, Sal has been a National Platform Artist and Educator and he has received numerous prestigious awards including NYC Colorist of the year in 2000 and again 2001, Including Beberly Hills Hair Stylist of the year in 1999 and has been certified by the National Association of Hair Colorists and The American Board of Certified Colorists as a Master Certified Colorist.
Sal Santiago was born in Santiago Chile and comes from a line of hairdressers, once in the U.S.A. worked as a stylist for Vidal Sassoon Beverly Hills Ca. After completing the company’s training program, he was appointed as one of their youngest–ever assistant color director second only to celebrity stylist Nick Arrojo and soon after Sal was promoted to Color Director.
